We live in Canada and were trying to sell my parent's house remotely and our representative (Janice Bennie) made this sale as smooth as she possibly could have.
She arranged for a cleaner to come in before the house photographs were taken, to ensure it presented well.
We also had to contend with a volatile economy and interest rates, issues with Council work in the front driveway and some minor issues with the plumbing. Janice kept us informed of everything in a very timely manner and even sent her husband to check on the plumbing issue.

A huge thank you to the Remax team for their help in selling my property. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. The photographer they used, really captured the beauty of the house which definitely brought alot of views along with their excellent advertising. It all happened so quickly. Couldn't fault them. Adrian went above and beyond in support. I was doing it alone and was quite stressed and not really sure how to go about it all. But I felt he took me under his wing and just made it that little bit easier. Courtney who I dealt with during the first few steps of the process, she was so lovely, bubbly and helpful! Also Stephanie was fantastic, I was in correspondence with her throughout. She was on the ball, kept in touch, even helped chase up solicitors and things to keep the ball rolling. So again excellent service throughout from them and everyone.
